Qualification - MBA / MSW in HR or Law
Job Responsibilities:
This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:
Coordination in warehouse operations on day-to-day basis
Good with day-to-day administration
Salary attendance Leave management.
Should know all transportation & vehicle maintenance Diesel management.
Security management Garden maintenance housekeeping stationery repairs contract labour deployment and sourcing salary of labour billing basic purchases vendor management water tankers.
Documents and Reports (Daily report Weekly report Monthly report)
Organization Exposure:
Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
To do attitude
Self-motivator/starter
Demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates strong listening written and oral communication skills.
Should have ability or aptitude to learn technical applications.
Participate in meetings with knowledge of prepared materials.
