Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth office operations and providing direct support to top management in their daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration and daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to top management including coordination follow-ups and daily task assistance.
- Maintain office records files and documents (physical and digital).
- Handle correspondence such as emails letters and internal communication.
- Coordinate with vendors service providers and suppliers for office-related requirements.
- Manage office supplies stationery and inventory; ensure timely availability.
- Schedule meetings prepare agendas and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation for bills invoices and office expenses.
- Assist in travel arrangements hotel bookings and logistics for management when required.
- Ensure cleanliness discipline and smooth functioning of the office.
- Support in organizing company events meetings and internal activities.
- Handle courier dispatch and document tracking activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (BBA preferred).
