Job Description
The Tally Support Executive will be responsible for providing assistance to customers using Tally Prime software. They will focus on maintaining client relationships generating leads and effectively communicating with clients to address their queries and issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in using Tally Prime software efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Generate leads for Tally products and services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Prior experience in customer support or software support roles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
