Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote OTT platform subscriptions
  2. Clearly explain subscription plans features benefits and offers
  3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable OTT packages
  4. Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets
  5. Maintain accurate records of calls sales and customer feedback in CRM systems
  6. Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally
  7. Follow company scripts sales processes and compliance guidelines
  8. Upsell or cross-sell additional digital products when applicable
  9. Ensure a positive customer experience and build brand trust

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred; regional language is a plus)
  2. Persuasive and confident phone manner
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  4. Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  5. Basic computer knowledge (CRM MS Excel dialing systems)
  6. Target-oriented and self-motivated
