Job Summary

Role objective:
Keep operations clean: invoices collections follow-ups staff documentation and office support.

Responsibilities:
  • Create invoices/receipts; maintain collections tracker; follow-up cadence with clients.
  • Maintain employee documentation files (joining attendance leaves basic compliance records).
  • Vendor coordination supplies office readiness across two offices.
  • Support appointment scheduling and client onboarding logistics (as needed).
