Job Summary
Work closely with Candidates Line Managers and Talent Managers on recruiting
queries
Builds great partnership with Talent Managers
Manages end to end interview scheduling rescheduling organizes assessment
centers
Produces ad-hoc reports related to Recruitment
Active ambassador for the HR model in the business coaching employees and
managers through their People Processes on the use of self-service about
Compliance requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Fluency in English
Good communication and logical skills
Experience in HR and/or Shared Service Environment is an advantage (Workday
Service Now or Cloud Technology experience all highly valued)
