A day in the Life:
- Communicate with internal and external customers as the first point of contact.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities seamlessly.
- Build work orders within the calibration management software.
- Prepare and send final calibration documentation to customers.
- Coordinate the billing process within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with third-party calibration suppliers.
Keys to Success:
Education
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Some College preferred.
Experience
- Shown focus on detail and accuracy of documents.
- Proven independent work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate asset movements efficiently.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 is advantageous
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Capable of self-management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proficient in maintaining strong organization and time management capabilities.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with periods of sitting and repetitive tasks.
- May need to lift up to 50 lbs and use material handling equipment.
- Potential use of personal protective equipment such as lab coats and safety gloves.
