Head - Training and Development needed in a School (IGCSE) in Mumbai.

Role
Design & Lead Programs: Build high-quality teacher training content policies and structured development frameworks aligned with schools mission.
Coach & Inspire Teachers: Mentor educators provide timely feedback and champion continuous growth.
Be a Thought Partner: Contribute fresh ideas and strategic direction to strengthen the School as a leader in teacher education.
Collaborate & Scale: Work across departments and build partnerships with schools universities and education organizations

Education: Masters in Education or equivalent (a Ph.D. is good to have).

Experience: Extensive leadership in teacher education with experience designing certification programs and development initiatives.

Skills: Strong leadership coaching and communication abilities; deep knowledge of education policies and academic governance.

Mindset: Growth-oriented open to new ideas committed to excellence and eager to push the boundaries of teacher development.

School timing is 7.30 am to 4.30 pm. No Transport facilities. No meal facility.

All Saturdays are off.
