Established in 2004 our client is a not for profit organization dedicated to sustainable community development. We empower marginalized populations across India through integrated initiatives in education healthcare skill development and livelihoods with a strong focus on Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Head to lead and coordinate all training and placement activities at ANTTC. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry connections proven leadership in vocational training and a passion for community upliftment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate placement planning development and execution.
- Maintain and update pre-placement and alumni records for students.
- Develop implement and monitor yearly placement plans in consultation with the Principal.
- Build and sustain industry tie ups and partnerships for student placements.
- Serve as the liaison with professional associations state/ national bodies (e.g. NSDC) and accrediting agencies.
- Plan and execute alumni engagement and support programs.
- Oversee the supply of training materials and equipment as per academic requirements from the HOD.
- Support faculty coordination ensuring timely lectures and adherence to academic quality standards.
- Manage teaching costs within the approved budget.
- Identify and address trainer development needs ensuring continuous capacity building.
- Organize in house and external events to enhance learning and student engagement.
- Provide support in other skill development initiatives or projects as assigned by the management.
Candidate Profile / Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree (preferably .) with relevant industry and training experience.
- Proven experience in leading or contributing to vocational and skill training programs.
- Strong placement network and ability to foster partnerships with industries and recruiters.
- Excellent organizational administrative and planning abilities with attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of vocational training center operations documentation and compliance.
- Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati.
- Commitment to the values and guiding principles of our organization.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Competitive negotiable salary package based on experience.
- 1BHK accommodation available at a nominal rent of 1500 per month (if required).
- One year contract renewable annually based on performance.
