We are looking for an experienced Unisex Salon Head to lead day-to-day operations at our premium unisex salon NOWMI in OMR branch. You will ensure exceptional guest experience smooth workflow disciplined hygiene standards revenue performance and billing closure while building a motivated accountable team culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role on the salon floor ideal for someone who understands service environments customer needs and team dynamics.
Core Responsibilities
1) Front Desk & Guest Experience
Manage walk-ins and appointments
Control queue flow and waiting time
Coordinate peak-hour operations
Handle escalations professionally
Maintain high brand standards
2) Team Leadership
Staff scheduling and attendance discipline
Enforce grooming and behaviour standards
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings
Monitor quality checks and hygiene discipline
3) Sales & Revenue Closure
Drive daily service and package targets
Improve add-on and rebooking conversions
Complete end-of-day cash / UPI / card reconciliation
Track discounts refunds and staff performance
4) Hygiene & Safety Oversight
Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols
Ensure workstation & tool compliance via checklists
5) Inventory & Consumables Control
Track usage and reorder consumables
Monitor expiry and minimize wastage
Coordinate with vendors
6) Booking & WhatsApp Leads
Convert enquiries to appointments
Ensure client show-up discipline
Service Environment
You will manage operations across:
Hair (cut colour styling)
Skin care
Makeup & makeover
Grooming workflows
Requirements
Must-Have
Prior experience handling salon or spa operations
(Manager / Floor-in-Charge / Senior Receptionist / Team Lead)
Strong customer handling and team coordination skills
Experience in billing closure & daily reporting
Ability to manage peak-hour operations
Target-driven mindset

Bachelors degree in event management hospitality business administration or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in event planning or a similar role. Proven track record in managing multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management. Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
