Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Application Support L2!
In this role as a DevOps Engineer you will be a part of the Cora support team who will take ownership of Deployment related activities/issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Research diagnose troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions Bitbucket Pipelines Azure DevOps Pipelines and Puppet.
Utilize cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for infrastructure management.
Deploy and manage container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Prometheus Grafana Datadog and New Relic.
Develop automation tools using Bash/Shell scripting Python or Go.
Collaborate with the team to integrate basic Salesforce functionalities.
Manage databases using SQL PGadmin and PostgreSQL.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors/Graduation/Equivalent Preferred qualifications
Good Understanding of Salesforce platform (Admin and Code level understanding)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution.
Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Proficiency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana Datadog and New Relic.
Ability to write scripts in Bash/Shell Python or Go for automation purposes.
Basic understanding of Salesforce integration.
Familiarity with SQL databases and tools like PGadmin and PostgreSQL.
