About the Role
Our Client Service Representatives are the first and last impression clients have of our clinic. Youll play a key part in keeping the day running smoothly supporting both our clients and our medical team with excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally in person by phone and by email
- Accurately schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
- Provide education and guidance to clients about services preventive care and clinic policies
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming lobby environment
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with technicians assistants and doctors
- Anticipate needs and step in wherever support is needed
- Uphold our clinic values: kindness accountability teamwork and exceptional service
What Were Looking For
- Reliable detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Calm and confident under pressure; able to juggle tasks comfortably
- Customer service experience required; veterinary experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- A genuine interest in animals and supporting the clients who love them
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: 1525 hours per week
- Consistent weekly schedule with some flexibility
- Competitive pay based on experience
