RECEPTIONIST:

WHAT YOULL DO:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Answering phones and routing/directing all calls to appropriate departments and personnel
- Take and deliver phone messages.
- Greet in person customers/visitors
- Take customer payments (check credit cards).
- Assist in all AR/AP invoices inquiries and coding for region.
- Aid all departments with correspondence filing ordering office supplies merchandise and daily mail collection & distribution.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Above-average typing and computer skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $20-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
