Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
- Dress Code: Business Casual/Professional
- No COVID or driving requirements
- Interview: Phone/Virtual and in-person
- Law firm account 2-person team
- Duties include Reception and Hospitality:
- Greeting guests
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Responsible for:
- Reserving conference rooms and visiting offices
- Ordering pre-packed meals for meetings
- Setting up beverages and catering
- Maintaining conference rooms and kitchen (supplies arrangements)
- Support Office Services tasks as needed:
- Handling daily mail shipping copying scanning
- Office supply ordering
- Work closely with onsite and Operations team
- Must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong time management and task prioritization
- Flexibility for early or late work as needed
- Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats
- First point of contact for customers; must develop rapport
- Previous office support hotelling business office or law firm experience ideal
- Physical requirements: moderate sitting/walking lift up to 50lb
- Parking provided
- Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Job Type: Temp to Engage (potential for permanent role)
