The Sales Advisor will be responsible for understanding and identifying client real estate requirements conducting market and asset class analysis assisting in site visits and supporting commercial negotiations and deal closures. This is a full-time on-site role based in Guindy Chennai.
Key ResponsibilitiesSelling identified and mandated residential real estate projects/apartments to potential clients.
Leasing office and retail assets to corporate clients and companies.
Coordinating and conducting site visits for clients.
Handling commercial negotiations closures and registration formalities.
Managing inventory CRM entries and maintaining accurate client/property databases.
Working independently as well as collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related fields will be an added advantage.
2 3 years of overall work experience.
Experience in sales (insurance credit cards real estate product marketing etc.) is preferred.
Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
2.4 LPA 3 LPA (Based on relevant experience)
