As a Business Analyst at Conkord you will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood documented and translated into successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for analyzing processes identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the design and delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Embrace Conkords processes methodologies and collaborative culture.
- Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Map and model business processes identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and validating deliverables.
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes or enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation reports and presentations for stakeholders (demos).
Project Support:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution of business analysis activities within project timelines.
- Support project/sprint planning and scoping by providing effort estimations and dependencies.
- Participate in solution design sessions to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in acceptance testing validations and change management processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients end-users and internal teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing recommendations based on data and process analysis.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Business Administration Information Systems Telecommunications or similar).
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in IT or consulting environments.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and process modeling
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication facilitation and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- International and open-minded attitude comfortable working in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Availability for hybrid work.
- Availability to travel and participate in client meetings when required.
