Profile

Degree in Management Business Administration Economics Information Systems or similar;
Empathic focused willing to learn and to thrive in commercial area;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Good communication skills and native in Portuguese and fluency in English;
Living in Lisbon area with availability for presential work (Lisbon - Expo) and to visit clients;

Key Responsibilities

Market prospection scheduling meetings work on clients technical needs;
Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;
Screen candidates conduct interviews and evaluate qualifications;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate pipelines;
Management of clients technical needs and consultants team;
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and industry trends;
Proven experience as an IT Manager.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
