Job Summary
We are hiring German-speaking Video Content Analysts (VCA) for an on-site role in Lisbon Portugal (LACS Santos). This position is open to candidates with or without previous contact center or content review experience as you will receive full training and structured onboarding.
As a Video Content Analyst you will review and evaluate video content based on internal guidelines ensuring quality policy alignment and accurate classification. You will work in a professional office environment with clear processes strong team support and coaching to help you succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented reliable and comfortable working with content decisions.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:0018:00 (weekends off)
Base salary (no experience): 15260/year
Start dates: Jan 2026 (next planned: Feb 2026)
Requirements
- Fluent German
- Comfortable working with content review tasks
- Good attention to detail and good judgment
- English level sufficient for tools/training (project uses English internally)
