Job Summary
We are recruiting German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialists for a hybrid role based in Lisbon Portugal. This role is designed for candidates who already have hands-on experience in Google Ads (or similar advertising platforms) and want to grow in performance marketing within an international environment.
You will support advertisers by analyzing campaign performance improving results based on KPIs and delivering optimization recommendations. This is a target-driven role where analytical thinking structured work and strong communication matter. Youll receive onboarding and ongoing support but this position requires prior platform experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:0018:00
Work model: Hybrid (office remote)
Salary: 23000/year
Start dates: Jan 2026 (next planned: Feb 2026)
Requirements (mandatory)
- Fluent German
- Minimum 1 year of Google Ads experience (or similar platform)
- Strong analytical and optimization mindset
