We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO in driving organizational excellence. This is not a traditional administrative role; were looking for a strategic thinker and eloquent communicator who can serve as a trusted extension of the CEOs leadership.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Strategic Meeting Management
- Attend meetings alongside or in place of the CEO capturing detailed accurate notes and action items
- Represent the CEO in select meetings with portfolio companies investors partners and stakeholders
- Distill complex technical and business discussions into clear actionable summaries and follow-up plans
- Anticipate meeting needs and prepare comprehensive briefing materials across diverse sectors (aviation travel supply chain fintech)
Executive Partnership
- Serve as a strategic thought partner providing insights and alternative perspectives
- Manage the CEOs calendar with strategic prioritization and discretion
- Act as a gatekeeper and key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and edit correspondence presentations and communications on behalf of the CEO
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Drive follow-through on key initiatives and commitments
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they reach the CEOs desk.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Interface with board members investors Business managers clients and senior executives
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with clarity professionalism and appropriate tone across technical and business contexts
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the holding company and portfolio organizations
- Ensure seamless information flow between the CEO and multiple portfolio companies.

Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership preferably in fintech.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and productivity tools.
Comfortable engaging with technical concepts and translating them for various audiences
Ability to work under pressure anticipate needs and handle sensitive information.
Professional discretion reliability and a strong sense of initiative.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the CEOs schedule
