About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead strategic growth and partnership initiatives for our Specialist Oncology Hospital in Lekki.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in healthcare business development deep understanding of the oncology landscape and the ability to drive measurable revenue growth through client acquisition partnerships and patient engagement. This role demands strategic thinking relationship management expertise and a passion for advancing access to quality cancer care in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute actionable business growth strategies to achieve 70 million in monthly revenue and 50 new patients per month.

Drive at least 75 chemotherapy sessions monthly through effective patient engagement and referral partnerships.

Identify negotiate and maintain partnerships with HMOs NGOs corporate organizations and government health programs.

Secure a minimum of 5 major partnership contracts per quarter and grow patient referrals by at least 20%.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the oncology and healthcare ecosystem.

Design and implement targeted B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and patient inflow.

Prepare and deliver business proposals presentations and pitch decks to potential partners and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Track and report performance metrics providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Support the development and promotion of new oncology-related services and innovations.
