We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance to lead financial operations for our rapidly growing Facilities Management portfolio in the US.
Location: TBD - Colorado Great Metro Denver area.
What Youll Be Doing
As Director of Finance you will play a pivotal high-impact role in building and leading our US business unit driving financial performance supporting strategic growth and partnering with senior leadership across the organization.
This position offers the opportunity to influence key decisions lead a talented team and contribute to major initiatives including market expansion and M&A integration.
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Lead month-end budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple US divisions.
- Review and analyze monthly reports support business reviews and prepare commentaries for group reporting.
- Ensure IFRS and regulatory compliance including state and federal requirements.
- Oversee annual audits and internal controls testing.
Strategic & Performance Management:
- Support business cases M&A due diligence and integration activities.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Participate in underwriting for bids and new contracts.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Market Strategy & Research:
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform portfolio decisions.
- Contribute to long-term business planning and KPI development.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- CPA designation (required).
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting;
- 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise financial accounting and analysis.
- Broad oversight of finance functions (Operations Accounting FP&A Internal Controls Business Control).
- Expertise with ERP/Accounting systems (Oracle NetSuite Deltek Costpoint) and reporting tools (OneStream Power BI).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment and a track record of driving change and improve complex financial processes.
- Ability to work in a decentralized organization and foster teamwork across regions.
- Able to travel within the US and Canada.
