Job Summary
Passionate about guest interaction Food and Beverage As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
In this role you will be assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation of the Restaurant & Bar. Leading the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent & consistent service. Managing guest complaints and enquiries ensuring you are guest focused at all times.

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
- LCQ Certificate
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
- Managers Certificate
- Strong leadership skills
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience
- Efficient in service procedures
- Creative and quick thinker
- Effective time management communication and problem solving skills
- Flexible to work early or late shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Customer focused & team player
