MEP Construction Manager Advanced Manufacturing

• Plan schedule and manage mechanical construction works for manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Review mechanical designs specifications and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure proper installation of HVAC piping compressed air systems and other mechanical infrastructure.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Liaise with architects engineers contractors and internal project teams.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance during construction phases.
• Manage manpower allocation and equipment utilization effectively.
• Oversee procurement of mechanical materials and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 810 years of experience in mechanical construction preferably in advanced manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC piping utilities) and construction standards.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
