- Plan schedule and manage mechanical construction works for manufacturing facilities.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Review mechanical designs specifications and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC piping compressed air systems and other mechanical infrastructure.
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Liaise with architects engineers contractors and internal project teams.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance during construction phases.
- Manage manpower allocation and equipment utilization effectively.
- Oversee procurement of mechanical materials and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 810 years of experience in mechanical construction preferably in advanced manufacturing or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC piping utilities) and construction standards.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
