Job Summary

Job Description:

- Possess minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise monitoring automation tools such as New Relic Stone Branch.
- Have hands on experience in configuring database monitoring synthetic monitoring Infrastructure monitoring and custom monitoring.
- Hands on experience on job scheduling using stone branch including stone branch administration (task monitor Triggers and calendar Reports Dashboards Bundle and promote).

Additional Competency Qualifications:

- Equally proficient as an individual contributor and as a team member.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA.
- Work experience on ITIL process and Service Now tool.
- Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shift) as per requirement
- Having knowledge of Autosys will be added advantage.

Qualification:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
