- Conduct outbound B2B calls to generate leads and book appointments
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs
- Present tailored solutions and overcome objections
- Track interactions and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Provide feedback on scripts and market conversations
- Work closely with internal teams to improve outreach strategies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and telemarketing regulations
Requirements
- 3 years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in cold calling and overcoming objections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with HubSpot CRM system
- Energy resilience and a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt across campaigns clients and industries
- Multilingual skills (highly regarded)

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required. 2 years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems ideally Zoho CRM with proven experience in data handling tagging and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
