Appointment Setter
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 10am-7pm CT.
Salary Range :$1000 - 1200/monthly (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Role: (Financial Services)
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various methods including cold calling email outreach and networking.
- Customer pre-qualification
- Live chat responses to online inquiries
- Appointment Scheduling: Contact prospects to schedule meetings or calls for the sales team ensuring optimal timing for all parties involved.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information about leads interactions and appointment details.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments reschedule as needed and ensure leads are properly nurtured.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for initial inquiries providing information about our products/services and addressing any preliminary questions.
- Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to appointment setting including conversion rates call volumes and appointment outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role such as telemarketing customer service or sales support is preferred but not required.
- At least 1 years of experience
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle objections professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and ensuring follow-ups are timely.
