Role / Title: Regional Manager
Reporting To: Head Zonal Manager

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
To efficiently manage the auction process in the designated zone ensuring a high conversion rate and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
Generating listings for Open (Yard) and online auctions by meeting with clients on a regular basis.
Scheduling auctions according to the received list of items from the clients.
Overseeing the online auction process to ensure a high conversion rate.
Coordinating with clients to obtain auction completion reports (ACR).
Following up with clients for necessary approvals.
Ensuring that all approved vehicles receive 100% payment conversion.
Sending daily reports to clients on the payment status of approved vehicles.
Obtaining payment confirmations from clients for billing purposes.
Monitoring the CSE team for CRM updating and closure.
Assisting with buyer marketing initiatives to facilitate new buyer registration.

Graduation and Above
Years and type of experience:
5 years experience
Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of used car and auction business
Data analysis & Excel skills
