Job Overview: Manager Fundraising
Reports to: Head Partnerships

Location: Mumbai-Kalina- Working from office- 6 Days
Role Summary
As a key member of the Partnerships team you will be responsible for expanding the organizations fundraising footprint. You will act as a strategic liaison between the organization and its donor network focusing heavily on referral partner management and channel sales strategies similar to those used in private banking.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Fundraising & Growth

Support the development of partnership strategies to enhance fundraising through diverse streams.

Proactively identify and cultivate new avenues for network expansion.

Analyse sector trends and developments to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
2. Relationship & Channel Management

Build and maintain robust collaborative relationships with channel partners across multiple locations.

Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its donor base.

Ensure high levels of donor satisfaction by addressing concerns and effectively managing expectations.
3. Operational Support & Enablement
-
Team Support: Assist the team in preparing for high-stakes donor meetings and provide real-time support during interactions to ensure successful outcomes.

Material Development: Lead the creation of high-quality proposals presentations and collateral.

Knowledge Sharing: Provide the Head of Partnerships with necessary resources and share best practice insights to improve overall team performance.
Job Requirements

| Education | Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent degree. |
| Experience | 8 10 years in Channel Sales or Fundraising. Specific experience in Private Banking or high-net-worth client sectors is highly desirable. |
| Technical Skills | Research & Analytical skills Proposal Development and Advanced Communication (Oral/Written). |
| Soft Skills | Negotiation Detail-orientation and the ability to collaborate across diverse dynamic teams. |
