Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business IT Marketing or related field.
5 years of experience in IT / eCommerce Business Development.
Primary Focus: USA and Europe
Proven experience in selling Shopify Magento Zoho Web & App development or Digital Marketing services.
Exceptional English communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into business value.
Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibility

Identify qualify and convert new business opportunities for IT & eCommerce services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients through consultative selling.
Understand client requirements and prepare impactful proposals SOWs and business presentations.
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project success.
Manage full sales cycle including prospecting pitching negotiations and deal closure.
Lead mentor and motivate a team of business development executives to ensure target achievement.
Provide sales training performance tracking and strategic direction to the team.
Maintain accurate forecasts strong CRM discipline and robust sales reporting.
Keep updated on eCommerce market trends platform updates and competitor offerings.
Represent Elsner at virtual/in-person events networking opportunities and strategic meetings.
