About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales-to-Service Representative to join our team in the automotive service drive. This role is responsible for engaging service customers identifying vehicle acquisition opportunities and generating qualified leads for the sales team. If you enjoy building relationships spotting opportunities and working in a high-traffic environment this position is for you.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers arriving in the service drive.
Build rapport and assess customer needs regarding their current vehicle.
Identify opportunities to acquire customer vehicles for dealership inventory.
Create interest in new or upgraded vehicle options.
Seamlessly hand off qualified upgrade prospects to the sales team.
Maintain detailed lead and interaction records.
Stay informed on current inventory promotions and market values.
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive sales service or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated goal-driven and comfortable engaging with customers.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
