Job Summary

Title: Sales Representative
Location: Central Indiana
Duration: Full-Time

This is a commission-only position intended for a performance-driven salesperson with a strong hunter mindset.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (construction real estate or services preferred)

- Comfortable operating without a base salary

- Strong self-discipline follow-up skills and closing ability

- Full-time availability

Compensation Structure

- 10% commission on all new client deals

- 5% commission on repeat client jobs

- No base salary

- No cap on earnings

Role Responsibilities

- Generate new commercial and residential business

- Prospect property managers real estate investors HOAs and homeowners

- Conduct site visits qualify opportunities and close contracts

- Maintain client relationships to support repeat business

- Coordinate with ownership on pricing and project scope
