The Opportunity

This is not your typical management role. As State Allied Health Manager Victoria youll be the driving force behind all clinical and operational success in your state.

Youll:

• Lead and inspire a the inaugural multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists in Victoria.
• Build your states presence from the ground up from clinic setup to community partnerships and referrer networks.
• Shape culture and set the standard for excellence collaboration and innovation.
• Recruit exceptional clinicians and build a team that reflects your leadership and values.
• Partner closely with the national leadership team to drive national strategy and innovation.

• Remuneration: $150k base super incentives ESOP eligibility
