Job Summary

Ready to Launch Your Leadership Journey Become an OSHC Assistant Coordinator at Tamborine Mountain State School Helping Hands!

This is a permanent part-time position offering 15 hours per week. Youll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs:

Rise then Shine Program Morning shifts (6:30am 8:50am)
Stay and Play Program Afternoon shifts (3:00pm 6:15pm)
Holiday HQ Program Extra hours available during school holidays (6:30am 6:00pm)

About the Role

Your role will include:

  • Leading fun-filled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination!).
  • Fostering strong connections with children parents and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
  • Managing a team of passionate Educators including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
  • Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service ensuring everything runs smoothly including compliance and administration.

Who are we looking for

A genuine love for working with children and making an impact.
Strong communication skillsyoull be guiding and supporting others!
The ability to work well in a team and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain them).
Australian work rights.
A relevant qualification or be actively working towards one (per ACECQA standards).
