WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as a Mental Health Psychosocial Support Worker in Mount Barker providing recovery-focused practical support to consumers across community and clinical settings. This ongoing part-time role (37.5 hrs/fortnight) offers the chance to contribute to meaningful outcomes and work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas. This position is in Mount Barker. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide practical day-to-day support to consumers assisting them to achieve goals outlined in their care plans.
  • Support consumer independence including housing financial social and health-related needs.
  • Collaborate with clinicians families and external agencies to ensure coordinated recovery-oriented care.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness and quality improvement by maintaining accurate records supporting team communication and participating in professional development.
