JOB SUMMARY:
The role plays a critical role in supporting the sales teams by ensuring accurate quote processing rebate tracking and operational efficiency. This role bridges commercial operations finance and customer excellence to drive performance and compliance across the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage quote creation validation and submission using internal tools (e.g. Oracle CRM Vertiv Configurator).
- Coordinate with field sales application engineers and finance to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintain customer data integrity and support PO validation workflows.
- Maintain a centralized database of rebate contracts and agreements.
- Prepare monthly rebate provision reports for Finance ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Track rebate eligibility usage and expiration to support commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to validate rebate terms and compliance.
- Help solve inefficiencies in sales support and rebate workflows and propose actionable improvements.
- Help process improvement lead and customer excellence director to organize internal workshops and feedback sessions to enhance customer experience and operational alignment.
- Support training and documentation for new tools processes and compliance updates.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Finance or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales operations commercial support or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Oracle Salesforce) Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience with rebate programs or contract management is a plus.
- Willing to work on full-onsite and mid-shift in Mandaluyong.
