Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal team members and external clients
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications
- Ass in setting up new technology equipment and systems
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support role
- Certification in IT support or related field is a plus
- Experience working in a real estate or property management industry
Salary & Benefits:
