E-logic is seeking a full-time and part-time Senior Technical Director to provide high-level Information Technology transformation and programmatic advisory support for the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Grants (OG). This role is critical in ensuring that modernization activities for GrantSolutions and TAGGS are strategically directed architecturally sound and operationally feasible.
Responsibilities
- Conduct architecture and operations reviews to identify legacy constraints dependencies and technical debt.
- Identify modernization opportunities capable of delivering at least a 30% reduction in operations and maintenance (O&M) costs.
- Support OG leadership in making integrated strategic and technical choices that maximize success within organizational fiscal and policy constraints.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Deep experience in enterprise architecture business capability requirements and target operating models.
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation AI inference enablement and managing large-scale cloud data lake initiatives (e.g. OneGrants Cloud).
- Ability to ensure all efforts align with HHS IT strategy Zero Trust principles and Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) mandates.
