Permanent position based in Sandringham for an HR Generalist / Recruitment Specialist.
To provide Human Resources and Recruitment-related support advice and guidance to the organisation with the aim of implementing HR and recruitment best practices.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Recruitment/Talent Management
- Skills development and employment equity
- Manage attendance (ERS) systems
- Staff queries
- Industrial relations assistance
Requirements
A relevant tertiary Human Resources qualification or equivalent is advantageous
Minimum 3-5 years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong understanding of talent management practices recruitment strategies and employment equity principles.
Working knowledge of all South Africa relevant legislation (LRA EEA BCEA SDA)
