Location: Black Sea Region Turkey
Travel Requirement: This role requires frequent travel across Trabzon Erzurum and Samsun to manage field operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Role Overview
This managerial position is responsible for enabling and administering field work activities ensuring compliance with data-driven methodologies and maintaining quality standards based on QCT Analyst insights. The role includes team management responsibilities and requires strong organisational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Field Enablement and Administration
- Support auditors via phone and chat.
- Plan and reassign store visits as needed.
- Monitor field work progress (RA RRES NIV etc.).
- Conduct physical store checks and alternative controls during extraordinary periods.
- Coordinate panel controls (recruitment TLS PLS).
- Manage special projects and provide status updates.
- Oversee store recruitment and support recruitment activities.
- Assist internal and external clients during field visits.
- Support auditors in improving store collaboration.
Field Methodology Compliance & Quality
- Align monthly/weekly quality action plans with QCT Analyst.
- Execute on-the-ground actions based on QCT Analyst insights and reports.
- Provide feedback and status updates to Delivery Leader and QCT Analyst.
Team Management
- Manage resources (hiring interviews resignations paperwork).
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance.
- Deliver on-the-job training and ad-hoc coaching for auditors.
- Handle hardware management (device preparation for auditors).
- Manage finance and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Turkish required; English preferred.
- Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology CDAR tools and processes (highly desirable).
- Strong professional maturity and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office chat software).
Additional Requirement
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Trabzon Erzurum and Samsun.
Travel is a core part of this role to ensure effective field team management and compliance with operational standards.
