As General Manager you will be fully responsible for the overall performance of the hotel acting as a brand ambassador while providing strategic leadership to drive operational excellence financial success and a strong service culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel ensuring all departments achieve operational and financial objectives
Drive profitability through effective revenue generation budgeting cost control and financial performance management
Ensure full compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards operating procedures and local legislation
Foster a strong service culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations
Recruit develop and retain top talent while promoting employee engagement and an inclusive collaborative work environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners business partners and local stakeholders
Develop and execute creative commercial strategies to strengthen the hotels market positioning and competitive performance
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within an international or reputable hotel brand
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
Solid commercial and financial acumen with a successful track record in managing KPIs and budgets
Strategic innovative and results-driven mindset
High standards and strong focus on guest experience service quality and brand consistency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Turkish and English is required; additional languages are an advantage
