- Drive proactive spare parts and service sales by preparing critical/recommended spare parts packages and annual maintenance offers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Prepare spare part and service quotations; manage order follow-up purchasing coordination logistics and completion of sales processes.
- Manage warranty and goodwill processes in alignment with company standards and customer satisfaction targets.
- Identify and implement improvements in spare parts and service processes and business models.
- Coordinate purchasing activities of services and spare parts from external partners and suppliers.
- Lead and execute market mapping initiatives to support proactive revenue growth in maintenance modernization critical spare parts sales and overall lifecycle management.
- Supplying technical and product information to partners and investors during life-time operation.
Qualifications :
- Technical know-how in burner and boiler operation and safety controls.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical technician certification.
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures with internal teams and external customers.
- Strong problem-solving capability and analytical thinking skills for complex technical cases.
- High motivation for continuous self-learning and personal development.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong solution delivery focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the responsible region.
- Driving license.
