Job Summary

Trade Marketing Knowledge and Capability

Support the development of the trade marketing strategies utilizing variety of data sets trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade-led activities. Recommend and support trade activity proposal with analyses from various data sources. Accountable for forecast accuracy and planning throughout the year. Keeps the sales data polished and takes initiatives to increase data quality.

Business Insights Management

Responsible for setting clear priorities for the business in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can be tracked measured and turned into insights. The Trade Marketing Specialist incorporates varying sources of information and presents the significant business findings and insights to sales management team takes proper actions that focus on these KPIs and other related priorities.

Set KPIs: using global KPIs as a starting point produce a set of local KPIs that are relevant for the local business. Draw insights and recommendations for action based on business targets and priorities.

Track results: Responsible for pulling information from the different data sources and analyzing the data deriving insights and presenting it to management team.

Insights: Responsible for ensuring insights are understood and that clear points of action are determined to address opportunities and issues.

Tools: Responsible for making sure that the right tools to measure KPIs are available. Know and understand the tools provided by HQ as well as those under development. Assess the need for specific tools to resolve important local business issues and make proposals for implementation. Responsible of introducing current and new tools to management/field to enhance data.

Provides precise and actionable analysis of current market/category status Red Bulls sales development (by market/region/channel/customer/distribution point/SKU etc.). Keep abreast of industry best practice and share learnings with the team on a consistent basis.

Responsible for supplier management budget tracking for multiple data sources providers. Working with 3rd party agencies to ensure high levels of understanding of the category sales data. (Nielsen Univera etc.)

Data Quality

Responsible for keeping the sales data clean and accurate to give useful insights and to lead the field team in terms of KPIs and business findings.

Performing regular checks on the collection of internal and external data.

Analyze and synthesize data to accurately pinpoint any problems that might pollute data.

Making proposals to keep data updated e.g. archiving stores that have no sales data for the past 2 years.

Keeping up with trends to acquire high data quality.

Keeping in touch with global and regional teams for updates.

Forecast

Responsible of planning and reporting overall country forecast data.

Collecting forecast

Analyzing forecast accuracy SKU balance and channel business shares based on various parameters and timelines.

Planning: Reporting and planning forecast data SKU and channel based in planning periods (monthly quarterly etc.)

Reporting: Monthly reporting forecast planning data stock levels YTD& YTG financial sales trade sales and related indices.


Qualifications :

>3 years of experience in the FMCG sector preferably beverages. Ideally in Trade Marketing Department.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Performance and result oriented with a hands-on pragmatic approach.

Zealous and self-guided able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand different sets of data and market trends. Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mind-set for executing insights to lead the sales strategy.

Clear understanding of markets sales & distribution competitor activity consumer behavior in FMCG context.

Outstanding presentation skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and SAP BI Univera Power BI and Orca is a plus.

Knowledge of Nielsen softwareNitro.
