Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading coaching and developing a team of 10 outbound telesales representatives

  • Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls emails social platforms networking etc.)

  • Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build filter and segment prospect databases effectively

  • Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers

  • Defining sales targets tracking KPIs and monitoring team performance

  • Continuously improving sales processes through actionable data-driven insights

  • Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent

  • Creating a collaborative high-performance culture and sharing best practices


Qualifications :

Wed Love to Meet You If

  • You have a strong background in telesales and outbound prospecting (must-have)

  • Youve already led a sales team for at least 3 years

  • You know how to design and scale lead generation processes from scratch

  • Youre fluent in concepts like outbound sales funnels prospecting strategies CRM management and reporting

  • Youre fluent in English

  • Youre confident with data targeting and segmentationbut also a true people person

  • Youre motivated by the opportunity to grow and mentor a performance-driven sales team
