The Role

Were looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Leaning) whos obsessed with performance craft and creating joyful digital experiences.

Youll help shape the future of Healfs web experience building and scaling our headless Shopify storefront and working closely with Product Design and Engineering to deliver beautiful high-performing interfaces that inspire trust and conversion.
Youll take ideas from design to production own the details of front-end architecture and play a key role in defining how our digital experience scales across the web and app ecosystem.

Where Youll Make An Impact

Build and ship high-performance production-grade UIs and APIs with React TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.

Implement modern data-fetching (e.g. Server Actions React Query App Router) for speed SEO and scalability.

Integrate with Shopify Storefront/Admin GraphQL APIs and other 3rd-party systems (analytics personalisation etc.).

Translate Figma designs into reusable accessible components contributing to our design system.

Continuously optimise Core Web Vitals (LCP CLS FID) using performance audits edge caching and build-time tuning.

Write and maintain automated tests (unit integration end-to-end) using Jest React Testing Library and Playwright.

Collaborate daily with Product and Design to prototype test and iterate fast.

What Youll Bring

4 or 5 years of experience building React front ends in production.

1 years experience with and headless commerce (Shopify preferred).

Strong command of TypeScript modern React patterns (hooks server components) and Tailwind workflows.

Solid understanding of GraphQL queries mutations and pagination.

Deep care for UX and performance you think in milliseconds and pixels.

Strong collaboration habits; you work well with design product and backend teams.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience with PostHog or similar product analytics tools.

Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and data-led iteration.

Familiarity with Vercel

Interest in AI-driven personalisation or recommendation systems.
