About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise and Java technologies experienced in third-party integrations database management and debugging complex systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

Design develop and maintain backend services preferably and Java or any other language.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team; mentor junior and mid-level engineers to enhance their skills and career growth.
Implement and manage third-party API integrations efficiently and securely.
Work with SQL Server MySQL and NoSQL databases for data modeling and optimization.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve production and development issues.
Collaborate with frontend DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and standards.
Ensure system performance reliability and scalability.

What you will need:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in software development and Java or any other language.
Proven experience with third-party APIs RESTful services and web integrations.
Strong understanding of database design (SQL & NoSQL).
Excellent debugging problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to mentor and guide engineers at various levels fostering a culture of learning and growth. Ability to provide constructive feedback to the team and support professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
