Job requirements

1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Lead the design development and optimization of ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS
3. Architect high-performance scalable solutions on Snowflake Data Warehouse
4. Design robust data models with strong understanding of facts and dimensions
5. Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders using data to drive insights and business outcomes
6. Partner with line-of-business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities where data engineering can deliver measurable value
7. Lead a team of data engineers through complex integration efforts with a problem-solving attitude
8. Translate unstructured problems into structured scalable data solutions
9. Deliver high-quality business presentations and solution documentation tailored to technical and executive audiences
10. Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business value realization
11. Optimize performance through effective data modeling partitioning and indexing.
12. Lead data migration and integration projects to move legacy data systems to Snowflake.
13. Collaborate with business analysts data engineers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data solutions.

1. Required Skills & Qualifications:
2. 8 years of experience in data engineering and ETL with hands-on expertise in Informatica (PowerCenter and IICS)
3. Advanced SQL skills and experience with performance tuning
4. Proven experience designing and optimizing solutions in Snowflake
5. Strong foundation in data warehouse design with a focus on dimensional modeling
6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
7. Demonstrated consultative mindset capable of influencing and leading cross-functional discussions on data-driven value generation
8. Experience writing business process and technical documentation
9. Strong project management organization and team leadership skills
10. Ability to work in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Key Expectations: 1. Very strong SQL and Informatica (PowerCenter & IICS) capabilities 2. Deep understanding of Pharma datasets and commercial analytics 3.
