Are you a visionary in the world of pastry arts Do you dream in layers of mousse textures of tart and the perfect balance of flavor and flair Were looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen and elevate every dessert into a memorable experience.
What Youll Do
- Lead the pastry and bakery operations with creativity precision and excellence.
- Design and produce innovative visually stunning and delicious desserts for our restaurants banquets and in-room dining.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to craft seasonal and event-based menus that reflect the latest trends and techniques.
- Represent the hotel in promotional activities such as live demos media features and guest engagements.
- Manage daily operations including team scheduling inventory control and budget planning to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role as an Executive Pastry Chef.
- A strong portfolio showcasing artistic and inventive pastry creations.
- Deep knowledge of pastry techniques ingredients and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a calm approach under pressure.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
- Candidates with Taiwan culinary experience or cultural familiarity are especially encouraged to apply.
