Sr. Account Executive Advanced Surgery

> Work closely with sales manager and representatives to implement multi-source product sales and marketing strategy.

> Make field visits and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and commiftees within the buying organization.

> Proactively develop indications of sealant and antiadhesion products build user application experiences and assist in reducing the product application learning curve in the CVS / CRS /GS / Obstetrics & Gynecology surgical field.

> Support direct team Hands-on product practice to surgeons in the Operating room build user application experiences and assist in reducing the product application learning curve in the CVS / CRS /GS / Obstetrics & Gynecology surgical field.

> Must be able to work autonomously to achieve established goals while proactively communicating with management.

Qualifications:

> Proven sales performance - Bachelors Degree - 3 years OR and/or hospital medical sales experience

> Collaboration and Teamwork

> Defines success in terms of the whole organization; can develop vertical and horizontal team effectiveness; demonstrates support for other people and team; willing to share resources; willing to participate & contribute to efforts beyond own scope of responsibilities; seeks and gives feedback and input.

> Business Acumen - knowledgeable about products and processes; aware of how sales strategies and tactics work in the marketplace; knows the competition.

> Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and effectively; promotes a free flow of information through the organization; proactively shares information within and across the organization; listens actively.

> Customer Focus - maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect; Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
