Job Summary

What Youll Do
- Negotiate pricing and terms with KOLs/influencers and partner brands to improve project margins and overall company profitability.
- Discuss and secure annual cooperation and rebate terms while maintaining strong long-term partner relationships.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to optimize and execute internal KOL procurement processes.
- Build and manage a supplier database (KOLs/influencers) and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitive pricing strategies and procurement recommendations.
Who You Are
- Over 3 years of experience in digital media or influencer marketing.
- Hands-on experience communicating and coordinating directly with KOLs/influencers.
- Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency; comfortable working in an English environment able to read relevant documents and handle basic work communications.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with solid numerical sensitivity; able to think logically and coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Enjoy learning and growing in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and execution accuracy.

- Experience in supplier management or procurement processes within the digital media advertising industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the influencer ecosystem.
